I hear that the venerable and creaky and stuck-in-web-adolescence message board Chowhound has finally modernized. I also hear that there is quite a furor over this modernization. I was really hoping the modernization of Chowhound would take place, once I got wind of its acquisition by C|Net. Because Chowhound’s this here just isn’t how the web wide world works anymore.
Now I can go try and find great places for steak without wanting to stick knives in my eyes.
